Anonymous asked: Hi! Am I being paranoid or yesterday in celebration it looks like Iker and Sergio was acting weird like they avoiding each other? Or something like that. And on the pitch Iker give the cup to Sergio and Pepe right away without any words, congrats or hugs. Idk why but I find it strange. What do you think?
I really don’t know what to say, but I wouldn’t read too much into it. Iker was happy last night but not at the same level as he was when he won the first Copa in 2011. It happened exactly with his second Euro Cup with the national time, second time was less enthusiastic during celebrations. He gave the cup to Sergio and Pepe (second and third captains) so he can go and console those who lost. The National Team will gather in a month and we will notice if there’s a problem or not.
Anonymous asked: Ditto. I was so glad to see happy, jubilant Iker lifted King's Cup yesterday. For me, Iker is Spain. I like Spain because of Iker. I always go see Real game to see Iker (world's #1 goalkeeper) when the club comes to Los angeles to play. I hope to see Iker Casillas lifting World Cup trophy again this year in Brazil. Que viva Iker y Espana @World Cup!!
Couldn’t agree more with everything you said.
Anonymous asked: Iker's first reaction is to go to the Barca players before his own celebrations. This man is not only the shining example of Fair Play, but he is someone who always puts other people first. I really hope Real win the Champions League because that would be a finger in the eye to those who try to destroy such a good person.
I hope so too. Iker not only is an amazing player, he has such a huge heart and always cares about the ones who lost. He is a great example. That’s what I call a true madridista, not those who seek fights on the field or on twitter.
